Who doesn’t love a good sale? I know I do! And the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is one of the most eagerly anticipated sales of the year. Starting from the end of July to early August, this sale is like no other. With exclusive discounts on items that rarely ever go on sale, you’ll want to make sure you’re prepped and ready to catch the deals. To help you get started, I’m sharing my wishlist and everything you need to know to prep for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale.

1. Dates and Times: Mark your calendars – the sale starts on July 17th with Early Access dates from July 11-16. During the first week, access is limited to Nordstrom cardholders. But don’t worry if you don’t have a card. You can sign up now and get access to the sale immediately. The second week is open to everyone, so make sure you have your shopping list ready.

2. What’s on Sale: What’s great about this sale is that it’s not old, out-of-season items that are being discounted but rather the newest items for the upcoming season. 5. Free Shipping and Returns: One great thing about Nordstrom is their free shipping and returns. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it for free or bring it to a store for hassle-free returns. With free shipping, you can order from the comfort of your own home and avoid the crowds at the store.

How to Make the Most of the Lilly Pulitzer Splash Sale

Is there anything better than summertime and Lilly Pulitzer? How about an epic Lilly Pulitzer summer sale? They rarely have big sales (typically, they only have two big sales a year) so I am extra excited about this one. The best part is that the items on sale are all in-season styles you can wear immediately with pieces up to 60% off!

The Lilly Pulitzer Splash Sale will start at 8am Wednesday, June 27th! There will be a virtual line to get into the sale (if you’re an avid Lilly shopper you know how this works) but for those who are new to the sale, just think of it as trying to snag tickets to your favorite concert. Make sure to check in early to get a good spot in the virtual line and don’t refresh your browser once you’re in. And when you do make it to the sale, don’t be afraid to place multiple orders to ensure you get that must-have item before it’s gone. Happy shopping!

All My Outfits for the Carolina Country Music Fest!

The Carolina Country Music Festival is always one of my favorite weekends of the year! The four-day festival is packed with some of the biggest country music stars and this year we had Miranda Lambert, Kenny Chesney, Hardy, Brooks and Dunn, and Lainey Wilson. The highlight of my festival experience, though, had to be the outfits. I mean, who doesn’t love a good themed outfit night?! There’s just something about wearing a fun outfit that makes the whole experience feel even more special.

Kick-Off Concert

When it comes to planning outfits for CCMF, the Thursday night kick-off concert is the perfect opportunity to go all out and have some fun with your look. With no specific theme, you have the freedom to show off your personal style and personality. For me, I decided to wear a metallic gold dress that screams “I’m here to have a good time!” What really pulled the outfit together was my colorful hat, which added a pop of fun and flair. Don’t be afraid to play with color and take risks with your outfits – after all, this is country music fest we’re talking about!

On Friday, we all know what that means – it’s U.S. of A. Day! I was ready to show off my patriotic side by styling this star printed skirt, which gave me all the American flag feels. As soon as I put it on, I couldn’t wait to hit the dance all night long.

Dress Like A Dutton

If you’re anything like me, you love any chance to break out the fringe and leopard print in your outfits. That’s why I was thrilled when the outfit theme for Saturday’s Carolina Country Music Festival was “Live Like A Dutton”. Not only did it allow me to channel my inner cowgirl, but it also gave me an opportunity to incorporate some beaded detailing with a top that really hit all the checks on my list.

CCMF had a particularly fun outfit theme for Sunday: Diamonds & Denim. I don’t know about you, but I was stoked to whip out some sparkly jewelry and my favorite denim pieces. For the occasion, I decided to build my outfit around a pair of boots with cute denim detailing. They were the perfect statement piece to pair with my sweet and simple white dress. Sometimes it’s all about letting one item do the talking – in this case, my boots stole the show.
